Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. It is aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness levels to strengthen your body right from the core. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent it is challenging, safe and more importantly a fun way of keeping fit.

Boxercise has been around as a fitness class since the 90’s but since then is seen in much wider fitness class formats i.e. circuit training, aerobic, boot camps and advanced classes.
